PLEASE NOTE
- Our home is located at the end of a gently sloping hill. Please use caution when driving during wet or icy conditions.
- Other homes are being built in our neighborhood. There may be construction taking place during work hours.
- The outdoor sides of our property have inclines filled with gravel and are NOT intended for walking or other use.
HOUSE RULES
- 14 guests maximum
- Check in after 4:00PM, check out before 10:00AM
- The primary renter must be 25 or older.
- No large gatherings, parties or events are allowed on the premises.
- Only registered guests may enter the home.
- Please be mindful of noise and traffic, respect quiet hours.
- No commercial photography allowed.
- No smoking, no marijuana, no other substance use allowed.
- No pets allowed. $500 pet fee if pets are brought on site.
- All guests are strongly encouraged to secure travelers insurance for the duration of their stay. Here is one website to check out and compare insurance quotes: https://www.insuremytrip.com
- If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back.
SAFETY AND PROPERTY
- Doorbell security camera is located in the front for your safety.
- Carbon monoxide alarm and smoke detectors are installed.
- Fire extinguishers and a first aid kit are present on the property.
- Fire suppression system in installed.
- Baby safety gate is available.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away
- 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in
- No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
